Join the field operations team in expanding and strengthening Rescue.co's lifesaving emergency response network.

You will meet with and help recruit and onboard new service providers (ambulances, road rescue teams), ensuring compliance with operational standards through account setup, training, and technology installation. You'll conduct regular inspections and audits, and travel to engage with partners to help your team maintain high service delivery standards throughout our network.

The role also involves continuous improvement of onboarding and partner engagement, monitoring partner performance, and reporting key outcomes to your managemer. It requires a proactive, organised professional with strong communication skills and a commitment to consistency, integrity, grit and effective partnership management.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Help recruit and onboard new ambulance and road rescue service providers to expand the reach of the emergency response network
  • Train new and existing providers on using the Flare app, dispatch protocols and standards, and general professionalism and care
  • Carry out inspections among existing and new providers
  • Travel to meet with provider partners to conduct regular inspections and onboarding
  • Facilitate performance reviews and feedback sessions to assess provider performance and address improvement areas
  • Solve provider-related issues by collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and effective solutions
  • Facilitate the distribution and setup of necessary technology and equipment to new partners
  • Track and evaluate partners' performance using system metrics to ensure compliance with service standards and operational efficiency
  • Ensure all partner operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and report outcomes to your manager
